Everything you need to get your offshore team up and running with NexsusBridge AI.

1. Getting Started

Sign up and create your Workspace (Tenant). Invite team members and assign roles: Admin, PM, BrSE, Dev, or Client. Each role has tailored permissions to keep your data secure.

Tip: The Admin who registers first automatically becomes the Workspace owner.

2. Smart Meeting Hub

Start a multilingual meeting room directly from the Meetings tab. NexsusBridge AI listens in real-time and generates a live transcript across Japanese, Vietnamese, English, and Korean. After the meeting, AI automatically produces a summary and action items.

Tip: Smart Meeting consumes AI Credits. Make sure your plan has enough credits before long sessions.

3. AI Document Import

Go to Requirements > Import via AI, then upload a PRD, spec sheet, or any PDF/DOCX file. The AI will parse the document and generate structured requirements with acceptance criteria automatically.

Tip: This action consumes 10 AI Credits per document.

4. Spec Impact Analysis

When a requirement changes, navigate to Spec Control and run an Impact Analysis. The AI cross-references the change against existing tasks, sprints, and meeting decisions to surface risks and affected areas.

Tip: Run this every time a stakeholder requests a scope change to avoid Spec Drift.

5. Task & Sprint Management

Create Sprints under each Project. Assign Tasks to team members, set due dates, and track status. Developers can submit a Daily Check-in from the Tasks page so PMs get an automated progress snapshot each morning.

Tip: Daily Check-ins feed into Team Health reports automatically.

6. GitHub & Jira Integration

Go to Settings > Integrations to connect your GitHub repository and Jira workspace. Once connected, AI will automatically verify Pull Requests against Acceptance Criteria, and sync AI-generated requirements directly into your Jira backlog.

Tip: A GitHub token with repo read/write access is required.

7. Team Health & Risk Radar

The Team Health dashboard aggregates daily check-ins, task completion rates, and sprint velocity. The Risk Radar uses AI to flag potential project risks based on patterns in your data.

Tip: Available for Admin, PM, and BrSE roles.

8. Billing & Plans

Go to Billing from the sidebar to view your current plan, AI Credits used, and upgrade options. You can switch between Monthly and Annual billing (Annual saves 20%). Payments are processed via Stripe (international) or PayOS (Vietnam).

Tip: Admins can manage billing. Regular members cannot access this page.
