Our story

HD Soft was founded in 2026 in Vietnam. Our founder spent over 10 years as a system provider in Japan, absorbing the country's strict quality standards, customer-first culture, and meticulous approach to software delivery.

Bridging Japan and Vietnam daily, we saw the same pattern repeat across hundreds of offshore projects: not bad code β€” bad communication. Requirements lost in translation. Decisions made in meetings that never reached tasks. Spec drift discovered weeks too late. Every time.
